MOULD TOOLMAKING
M.C.S. Morandi are always one step ahead in technical solutions
for process-capable production, manufacture thermoplastic moulding
tools for high performance production up to 30 Tons mould weight.
CNC equipment and up to 7-axis milling are operated by skilled toolmakers
and highly qualified staff is dedicated to fulfil the requirement
of total quality moulds.
QUALITY ENGINEERING
A strict discipline of process, inspection criteria and production
control supervise the manufacture of the M.C.S. Morandi moulds.
Constant research, depth knowledge of steels
and involved materials, their treatments and professional application
guarantee and maintain perfect product quality during the whole
production life of our moulds.
INJECTION MOULDING DEPARTMENT
M.C.S. Morandi plastic injection moulding machines range from 140
tonnes to 2200 tonnes clamp. Skilled technicians in injection moulding
and thermoplastic materials undertake the mould testing promptly
and efficiently on manufacture completion.
Moulds are tested under series conditions and samples supplied with
process parameters. Low volume pre-production is an associated service
to our Customers.
QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY
M.C.S. Morandi provides Customers with after testing technical support
to ensure total product quality. Test gauging will be carried out
if necessary and a complete part measurement report for each new
component is standard.
